Born and raised in San Diego, Cynthia has been involved in real estate since 2004 and brings over two decades of industry experience to Premier Management. She also holds a degree in Social Work from San Diego State University, giving her a unique ability to solve problems, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

As Operations Manager, Cynthia oversees the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring owners and residents receive responsive, professional support. She is passionate about helping people, finding solutions, and creating positive experiences for everyone she works with.

Cynthia values Premier Management’s family-first culture and commitment to treating every property as if it were our own. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and everything San Diego has to offer.
